You pick a car on evplus.ae and tap Reserve. The listing is held off-market within 60 minutes — no other buyer can take it. No payment required at this stage.
Our 3rd-party inspection partner runs an 80-point physical check, a full battery SOH test, an accident-history pull from a China national vehicle-history database, and a high-res condition gallery (interior + exterior + underbody). The full report typically lands in your inbox by the next business day.
If the inspection passes, you e-sign a bilingual reservation contract (UAE law) and pay 50% of the AED price as deposit. Deposit is held in escrow and is fully refundable through the post-purchase 48h cool-off window.
Our China supply-chain partners close the purchase at the AED-locked price, open an escrow-backed transfer at the dealer's bank, and start ownership transfer with 车管所 (China's vehicle bureau). The 48h walkaway window opens on the buy day — refunds processed within 10 business days. Total China-side purchase paperwork: ~7 days.
Ownership formally transfers to a designated China export entity (our supply-chain partner). We pull the export plates, issue the customs declaration draft (报关单), and confirm a sea-freight slot on the next available Tianjin → Jebel Ali sailing.
Two legs: ~15 days waiting for the next Tianjin → Jebel Ali ocean-freight slot (backlog depends on carrier availability), then ~30 days of actual sailing. Default mode is RO-RO. Real-time AIS vessel tracking + daily position updates. Marine insurance is included. Regional events (Red Sea / Hormuz routing) can extend the sailing leg further.
Once the vessel berths at Jebel Ali, we clear UAE customs (5% import duty), pay the 5% VAT on the declared CIF value, run the RTA Vehicle Inspection at Tasjeel, transfer ownership to your name, and issue Dubai plates. Customs + RTA + plates window is ~15 days. These duty, VAT and RTA charges are billed to you at actual cost on signing — itemised, with no hidden markup.
Hand-over at our partner workshop in Al Aweer (or delivery to your address — Dubai/Sharjah free, other emirates AED 600). You get a full orientation: NIO Pilot, NOMI voice, charging stations, app pairing. Drive it for 7 days. If it's not your match, return for full refund minus a logistics + admin fee.

The listed AED price is a "from" estimate: the China source price plus a flat 5% EVPlus service fee. Logistics, freight, customs duty (5%), VAT (5%), RTA registration, plates and inspection are billed at actual cost on signing — itemised, no hidden markup. Auto insurance is quoted separately by partner insurers.
