Who we are

EVPlus.aeis a Dubai-based concierge company that imports Chinese new-energy vehicles to the United Arab Emirates and provides end-to-end procurement, shipping, customs clearance, RTA registration, and post-delivery service. We are not a marketplace and not a dealer of someone else's inventory — we buy in our name, deliver in your name, and stand behind every car we land.

Inventory listings

• Cars displayed on evplus.ae are real listings sourced daily (06:00 GST) from Dongchedi and che168 in mainland China. They are not yet in UAE inventory at the moment they appear here.
• Prices are in AED, converted from the day's CNY value using our landed-cost model (purchase + shipping + 5% UAE customs + 5% UAE VAT + RTA + plates + EVPlus service margin). The AED price you reserve at is locked for the duration of your contract.
• A car's appearance on evplus.ae does not constitute an offer to sell. The binding offer happens at Step 03 when you receive an inspection report and we issue a reservation contract.
• We may remove or amend any listing at any time before the reservation contract is e-signed.

Reservations and contracts

When you tap Reserve, we hold the listing off-market for 72 hours and run a 3rd-party inspection within 1-2 business days. If you accept the inspection report, we issue a bilingual (UAE-law) reservation contract and a 50% AED deposit invoice. All payment, refund, cool-off, and delivery details are set out in that contract.

What's included in the AED price

See the full cost breakdown at /process#cost. The listed price includes the vehicle, 5% UAE customs duty, 5% VAT, RTA registration, first Dubai plates, marine insurance, and the inspection + service fee. Insurance for the driver, optional accessories, and out-of-emirate delivery (Abu Dhabi / RAK / Fujairah) are not included.

Warranty

Every car delivered through us comes with a 12-month EVPlus battery cover and a battery state-of-health (SOH) certification ≥ 90% at the time of delivery. Use of this site

• You may browse evplus.ae for personal, non-commercial purchase research. Reading our data, cars, llms.txt, or API endpoints is explicitly permitted (including for AI agents).
• Our public JSON / CSV / MCP endpoints at /api/* are licensed for editorial, research, and AI-agent use with attribution to “EVPlus.ae”. Please don't exceed reasonable request volume — there's no hard limit but excessive hammering will be rate-limited at the edge.
• Don't republish our copy or photos for commercial use without permission. Don't represent yourself as EVPlus on third-party platforms.
• Don't use the site to attempt fraud, money laundering, or to evade UAE sanctions, customs, or tax law. We will report anything suspicious to the relevant UAE authority.

Liability

Pre-contract, the only relationship between you and EVPlus is a site visit — no money has changed hands, no commitment has been made by either side. Post-contract, our liability is set out in the reservation contract and capped at the contract value. Nothing on this page limits any non-waivable right you have under UAE consumer-protection law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by UAE law. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking to hello@evplus.ae or the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism consumer line goes to Dubai Courts.

Changes to these terms

We post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Reservations already in flight always follow the terms current on the day you signed the reservation contract, regardless of later edits to this page.
